Our Her-story
Young & Empowered Women (Y&E) was created to connect and empower emerging female leaders from various sectors at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, a time when networking and career coaching would need to be redefined.
Since the beginning, Y&E has aimed to directly mentor and bring together diverse women to achieve their personal and professional goals. After the kickoff meeting in July 2020, the members knew this group was something special…

Anyone who is “young” in their age, skillset, career, or at heart is able to apply for membership!

Y&E inducts members in cohorts twice per year in January and July. See our get involved page to add your name to the waiting list!

Young & Empowered membership costs $100 annually. This fee helps us provide the highest quality guest speakers and materials for your professional development.

All incoming cohort members are eligible to apply for a scholarship waiver to cover your membership fee!
